
An alternative process of digital image capture is commonly referred to as scanography. Using a flatbed scanner as a digital camera, I create my art from found objects such as leaves, fruit, paper and crushed cans. The resulting image is digitally composed from these scanned elements through the use of layers and color manipulation.
